NOW IN TIME (also called NOWINTIME), formerly an informal association of individuals, is now operated as part of Domus Vestae LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States.
We want buyers to know exactly where they stand.
By purchasing from us or using our pages, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as to the Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and License and Intellectual Property Policy. Customer Reviews and FAQ are also available to the public.
1. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.
After that, cancellation may be refused, especially if the order has already been prepared, customized, produced, packed, or shipped.
2. Physical products
Because many NOWINTIME products are limited, handmade, customized, repurposed, or made to order, returns are not automatically accepted for change of mind.
A return, redispatch, or refund may be considered in the following cases:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong item was sent
- the item is materially different from the listing description
- the package was lost by the carrier
If there is a problem, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos and a description of the issue.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- objects with obvious signs of use
- any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
3. Non-returnable items
Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, the following are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched or delivered:
- custom or personalized items
- made-to-order items
- digital downloads, downloadable files, 3D printing files, software, fonts, gift cards, and digital assets once delivered or accessed
- items returned in altered, used, damaged, incomplete, or non-resaleable condition not caused by us
4. Digital products
All digital sales are final unless:
- the file is defective or corrupted
- the delivered file is not the one purchased
- the product cannot reasonably be accessed due to a fault on our side
We do not offer refunds simply because a buyer changed their mind, lacks the required software, hardware, technical knowledge, printer settings, or compatibility environment, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Customs, shipping delays, and carrier issues
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are not issued for customs delays, customs fees, import refusal by local authorities, or postal delays outside our control.
6. Return shipping and refunds
If a return is approved, we will tell you how to proceed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed with the seller) if the item is not returned in its original condition. The customer must return the item within 14 days of delivery.
Unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival due to our fault, return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
7. Platform disputes
If the purchase was made through Etsy.com, Itch.io, MakerWorld.com, or other third-party platforms, refunds may also be subject to that platform’s payment, refund, and dispute procedures.
